TheLEXICA do not accept refunds and have an exchange only policy. By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to these terms. All our garments are made with extreme care and are quality checked to the highest standard before leaving our studio. However, in the unlikely event you find a fault with your item, our team of specialists will be happy to take a look at this for you. In order to obtain an exchange, you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name as stated on your order, photographic proof of the fault with your item and your proof of purchase. Please do not send any items for an exchange without contacting our team first, who will advise you with the next steps.
We accept exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We exchange items with the same price value or above, however if the item you require is unavailable or out of stock, we will be happy to issue you with store credit at the same value of the item purchased which can be used within 180 days. All items must be unworn, unwashed and unmarked including makeup stains and perfume scents, with original tags in place and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges should the above mentioned not be adhered to.
TheLEXICA do not cover shipping costs for exchanges, this will be the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase (via email as we are paperless!) and proof of postage. TheLEXICA do not hold any responsibility for missing items or items that we fail to receive, it is the sender’s responsibility to keep track of this.
Orders cannot be cancelled nor details amended once the order has been placed. Please ensure you enter the correct details when placing an order.

However, should your item not fit as expected, don’t panic, we’ve got you covered! Please email our team at email@example.com with your name as written on the order along with your order number, our friendly customer service team will be able to assist you further.
